Freelearners will be launching our new and improved Resource Library in less than two weeks!

We can’t wait to show you what we’ve been up to.  The best of our donated and loaned items have been combined to create family-style learning Resource Boxes we’re sure you’ll appreciate.  Most boxes can be explored with children ages five through 14.  They include books, puzzles, games, projects, tools or equipment for the spectrum of ages and learning styles.  They’re also designed to keep you busy for about six weeks.

The boxes will be available to hire for a fraction of the value of their contents.  Freelearners Resource Library is not only a unique scheme for sharing resources amongst self-directed learners, but it’s also a great way to make the most of tools and materials with less waste.

In addition to box hire, we will have extra resources for sale at low prices, small experiment kits available for pocket money, cakes for sale to raise funds for a great new microscope to add to the library collection and free hot drinks.

Do come along and chat with the Freelearners staff about our other services including our forum, services we can provide Home Educators in Business and our plans for online event booking, a dedicated space for freelearners, skills share, mentoring and careers guidance for teens and anything else you would like to see happening in our community.
