Week 7/Term 2/Year 4
We ran an egg drop challenge this week. Our peers had chocolate eggs, a piece of foam 6 pieces of paper and unlimited string and tape. Yes, rookie mistake! The ‘unlimited’ amount of any materials was a HUGE mistake!!!! However, despite the VAST quantities of sticky tape that were used, lots of fun was had. Instead of just dropping from person height, we dropped the eggs from the top of the stairs to make it a bit harder, as chocolate eggs are more robust than the real ones. No one’s egg broke thanks to all that sticky tape! The fun didn’t end there, every one got to eat chocolate eggs afterwards.
